Pumpkin Pie by Mellina

1½  cup of canned pumpkinThis traditional pie belongs on your table this upcoming holiday!
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp allspice
½ tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup evaporated milk or cream

Mix ingredients well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Finish baking at 350 degrees till pie is set.
